Remember you create your reality through your thoughts and words.  So create wisely … especially during Mercury retrograde!

It’s Aries season, so make sure you put your own oxygen mask on first.  After all, you can’t help others if you are depleted.  

Take “inspiration breaks” during the day to do something you love!  This is important.  

Don’t scatter your energy by picking up too many things.

Decide before engaging in something if it is worth the investment of your energy.  

What you give your energy to grows.  Keep that in mind.  There is a lot going on and we can easily deplete ourselves.

Take time for you.

We are in the middle of eclipse season where doors open and doors close.  

So change is on the menu.

This reminds me of The Tower card.  

2025 is a year of great change, realization and enlightenment.  If something is lost in the process, know it was holding you back from where you are going.  

March is one of the biggest months of change.  

Rest when you can and know we are headed in the right direction.
